For the Magic Cleaners Pro mobile application on iOS and Android.

1. Introduction
This privacy policy explains how Magic Cleaners (a trading name of Way To Services Ltd) collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use the Magic Cleaners Pro mobile app (the "App").
The App is for self-employed cleaners / providers working with Magic Cleaners. It is published for use in the United Kingdom.

This document is intended to meet Apple App Store and Google Play privacy policy URL requirements. It may be updated after legal review.
2. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to cleaners and providers who create or use an account in Magic Cleaners Pro on iPhone or Android devices.
3. Data we collect through the App
Account and profile data
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Login and authentication credentials (handled securely via our platform)
- Profile and work-related details needed to assign and manage jobs
Location data
With your permission, the App accesses device location to record accurate clock-in and clock-out times for jobs. Location is used for job attendance verification and related operational purposes. You can control location permission in your device settings; some job features may not work without it.
Camera and photos
With your permission, the App may access the camera and photo library so you can take or upload photos for clock-in, clock-out, and job documentation. Photos you submit may be stored with the related job record.
Messages and communications
- In-app messages related to jobs or support
- Notifications about bookings, updates, and messages
Device and push notification data
- Push notification tokens (APNs on iOS / FCM on Android) so we can send job and message alerts
- Device type / platform information needed to deliver notifications and support the App
- App usage information needed to operate and troubleshoot the service
Payment and bank details
Where payment or bank details are collected for paying cleaners, this may be handled through our operations platform or office processes. The App may display related job or earnings information depending on your account setup.
4. How we use App data
- Authenticate you and manage your provider account
- Assign jobs and show your schedule
- Verify attendance via clock-in / clock-out (including location where permitted)
- Store job documentation photos you submit
- Send push notifications about bookings, changes, and messages
- Communicate with you about work and support
- Operate, secure, and improve the App and related services
- Meet legal and contractual obligations
Legal bases typically include performance of a contract (providing the App and related work tools), legitimate interests (security, operations, service improvement), and legal obligation where applicable.
5. Permissions
The App may request the following device permissions. You can grant or deny them in your phone settings:
- Location — clock-in / clock-out accuracy
- Camera — job photos and documentation
- Photo library — uploading existing photos
- Notifications — job and message alerts
We do not require you to enable permissions that are unrelated to using the App. Denying a permission may limit related features.
6. Sharing and third parties
We use ScheduleCTRL as our platform software provider to power scheduling, accounts, messaging, and related App backend services.
Push notifications are delivered using Apple Push Notification service (iOS) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) as part of operating the App.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the App for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking for ads.
Job-related information may be visible to Magic Cleaners office staff and, where needed for a booking, to the relevant customer (for example cleaner first name or job status).
7. Data retention
We keep provider account and job-related records while you work with us and afterwards, in case you resume service in future and for legitimate operational, accounting, and legal reasons.
If you ask us to remove your details, we will delete or anonymise personal data where we are not required to retain it by law.
8. Account deactivation and deletion requests
The App does not currently include an in-app "delete account" button. To request account deactivation or deletion of your personal data, email hello@magiccleaners.co.uk.
Our office administrators can deactivate accounts on request. We will respond to deletion requests in line with UK data protection law.
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

10. Children
The App is for adult providers working with Magic Cleaners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data through the App.
11. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls on our platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please keep your login details confidential.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Provider App Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or by email where appropriate.
